These Terms of Service govern your use of minutedew.com and purchases from Minute Dew. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Minute Dew is a trading name of Hola Enterprise, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 94813728 and VAT ID NL005110180B33, and established at Weegschaalstraat 3, 5632 CW Eindhoven, Netherlands. 2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to keep it updated.

3. Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colors, images, ingredients, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen colors and packaging appearance can vary. Cosmetic results vary by person. Product information is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes and any applicable charges are calculated at checkout. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or payment authorization failure. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Title and risk of loss pass only as permitted by applicable law.

Minute Dew products are for external cosmetic use only. Follow the directions and ingredient information provided with the product. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have allergies, sensitivities, a medical condition, or concerns about an ingredient, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

8. Intellectual property

The Minute Dew name, website design, text, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Minute Dew and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; interfere with its security or operation; transmit malicious code; scrape the website at unreasonable scale; or use our content in a way that violates another person's rights.

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, shipping, and application providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
