Return and refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Minute Dew. You may request a return within 14 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Because Minute Dew is a personal-care cosmetic, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Start a return

Email info@minutedew.com with your order number and reason for the return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product and shipping package. Do not send an item back before receiving return authorization and instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Approved returns must be sent to the return address supplied in the authorization email.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Bundles and promotional purchases

Refunds for partial bundle returns may be recalculated to reflect the price of the items kept and the original bundle discount. Any free promotional item associated with a returned purchase must also be returned unused.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation until the order has been fulfilled. Once fulfillment has started, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting an approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us.
